Public Use of School Facilities
Thank you for considering the Newhall School District for your next facility rental. NSD is pleased to make school facilities available for rental when they are not being used for school programs and activities. The Business Services Department coordinates all outside use of school facilities, including filming on school property, large special events, meetings, and after-school programs.
All Facility Use Requests are processed online, through a portal for Community Users on the SchoolDude platform. A community user (or event coordinator) is someone who requests facility use as a member of an external organization. Before being able to submit a request, all community users must first create a user account.
You may login with your username and password or create an account if you do not already have one. Please note: if you create a new user profile, you will not be able to submit use requests until your account has been approved by Business Services.
Every Facility Use Request will require the upload of your organization's Certificate of Liability Insurance (in the ACORD) format naming the Newhall School District certificate holder.
