Submitting an IT ticket you first open a Google Chrome browser then see if you’re signed in. you will see your initial(s) on the top right in a circle.
Next select the waffle at the top right of the page. It will look like this.
After the waffle opens you will scroll to the bottom and find Master Library.
Selecting Master Library will take you to their website.
From there it will sign you in and you are ready to submit requests to IT.
After you are signed in you should see the requests dashboard similar to this. Select the blue button “New Request” to begin
You’ve begun submitting a ticket. You can change who you are submitting this ticket for at the top. Select a category for the issue you are experiencing.
Following that you’ll be asked to provide a location of the request.
The final review with look like this below. Required information is marked with a * you must provide a description of the issue. After you fill out the required you can “submit request” at the bottom of the page.
