Dear Students, Parents, and Members of our Community,
We are so excited to continue to work with the students and families of Stevenson Ranch. It is a pleasure to have dedicated students, a talented staff, and a supportive parent community. We know that together as a community, we will help our students become the best version of themselves!
About Mrs. Stenroos
Mrs. Stenroos is a product of the Newhall School District and Peachland Elementary School. She began teaching in Newhall in 2003 and has taught both primary and upper grades. She began her career at Valencia Valley and then moved to help open Oak Hills. For 4 years, she served as the Assistant Principal at Wiley Canyon and Stevenson Ranch. She served as the principal at Peachland Elementary for four years before returning to SR to lead and to be a member of this incredible school community.
Mrs. Stenroos believes that in a positive and hard-working environment, ALL students can learn. She and her staff strive to create a school culture where parents, staff members, and the community work together to build a safe, collaborative, intellectually-stimulating environment where students can thrive academically, physically, and socially.
When Mrs. Stenroos is not at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs. She loves walking, hiking in Santa Barbara, spending time with friends and family, and watching the LA Dodgers and Seattle Seahawks win.
About Mrs. Zamperin
Mrs. Zamperin also grew up in Newhall School District attending Old Orchard Elementary School as a child. Mrs. Zamperin began teaching in 2000 and has served in both the Newhall School District as well as the Wm. S Hart School District. For the last 2 years, she served as the Assistant Principal at Valenica Valley and Oak Hills and is excited to be a part of the Stevenson Ranch community.
Mrs. Zamperin believes that all students can achieve at high levels. She also believes in a positive working environment where students strive to do their best. Mrs. Zamperin is committed to working closely with parents, students, and staff to continue to make SR a safe, friendly, and productive school environment.
Outside of school, Mrs. Zamperin enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dogs. She enjoys exercising, reading, and taking her dogs for walks. Mrs. Zamperin is a huge baseball fan and loves the Dodgers!
