As part of Newhall School Districts ongoing commitment to school safety, each school site is now using LobbyGuard visitor management system. The purpose of this system is to accurately keep track of visitors on campus. In addition, the system scans sex offender databases through a partnership with Family Watchdog.
Everyone entering campus between 7:30am and 4:00pm will be required to check-in through the LobbyGuard system.
When entering campus, you will be required to scan your driver’s license or state issuedidentification. The system will ask for the reason for your visit, such as to volunteer in a classroom, attend a meeting, participate in an event, check a child out early, or pick a child up late. You will then take a photograph that will be used on the printed badge the system makes for you.
All visitors to campus are required to wear the badge while on campus. When leaving campus simply hand your badge to an office staff member and they will check you out.
